Add money
Put SOL in your Printed wallet so you can buy.
Printed trades with SOL, Solana's coin, and you can also pay for buys with USDC on Solana. You buy it somewhere you already use, then send it to your Printed wallet address. It usually arrives in under a minute.
With Coinbase
- 1In Printed, open the Bag and tap Add funds. Tap Copy address.
- 2In Coinbase, buy SOL if you don't have any.
- 3Tap Send (or Transfer → Send crypto) and pick SOL.
- 4Paste your Printed address and enter the amount.
- 5Choose Solana as the network. Never Ethereum, Base, BNB (BEP-20) or any other.
- 6Review and send. It shows up in your Bag in about a minute.
Coinbase may hold newly bought crypto for a short time before you can send it.
Good to know
- Send SOL, or USDC on Solana. Keep at least a little SOL either way: every trade pays a tiny network fee in SOL.
- Always pick the Solana network. Coins sent on another network usually can't be recovered.
- First time? Send a small test amount, check it arrived, then send the rest.
